Women Swimmin' for Hospicare

Another amazing young woman was at Hospicare the same time as Mary Ellen and the parallels are remarkable.  18-year-old Leyla Dietrich had the same type of tumor, inspired all who came in contact with her, and had a family and network of friends that took incredible care of her to the end that touched the staff at Hospicare deeply.  They each had a celebration of their lives on the same weekend this month.  She inspired a group of friends and strangers to share their thoughts on fb, Leyla's Village.
Her supporters at Women Swimmin' were many and women swimming in her honor included her mom and aunt.  In the top photo the group shows off their tattoos that many have gotten inspired by Leyla's spirit, L4, short for Live Life Like Leyla.  The whole group stayed together for the whole swim.
