The reclamation of an abandoned factory in our neighborhood is reaching the stage where they are signing leases for tenants. With 850,000 sq. ft., they can get a lot of tenants with a wide range of uses. Almost every factory space has a loading dock, some have multiple because it's on a hillside. The boutique hotel with the most money, or condo builder of the same means, will end up developing the top floors with the amazing views of the lake. We'll get the traffic.
