Commendable Behavior or My 9/11

  Here's one that didn't make the papers, yet.  I had been told to expect this at the annual South Hill Civic Association Welcome Back Student Brunch last year but no one delivered the goods.  I was left wondering what indiscretion I had committed, but then this year they came through.  Turns out my neighbor and fellow trail tender needed another year to get the wording just right on the certificate.  Or he needed me to send out a few more emails to the neighborhood list-serve to copy and paste to get everything in there.
  What's the next man (or woman) going to have to do to get the award next year?  Hopefully clear the sidewalks of snow and overhanging bushes.
