The housing development affectionately known as Collegetown Terrorist is really shaping up. The red house in the top picture used to be cloaked in trees and surrounded by beautiful gardens, now it has a five-story apartment building shadowing it. The former owner wasn't interested in being next to the development so took an offer he couldn't refuse.
