What a great way to kick off the summer; to pick strawberries and make strawberry-rhubarb jam.
I did get into a little jam and didn't have enough jars, lids, or pectin so a quick trip to the store for necessities was in order while the mashed berries-rhubarb were on the stove. I'm blaming the disruption for not putting in enough pectin and having runny jam.
