Our old friend, Jim, has officially moved to Ithaca. It was a long time coming. He'd been talking about it for decades, and looking at property for several years. On a whim one day, after looking at yet another incompatible property/house, we checked out a development I'd known about long ago, but only a couple houses had been built. Jim was signing papers and picking out a design a couple months later.
Some people sleep with a gun under their pillow. Jim puts pillows under his guns. He's a history buff, mainly military history, and has collected guns from at least four centuries. He assured me they are all legal and safe before I moved them. Welcome to Upstate NY, you'll fit right in.
